Nice to meet you

Dr. Dayal, a first-generation Indian-American, was born in Buffalo, New York, while his father was completing a PhD in Biostatistics. His father's career in academic medicine took their family around the world, including Kabul, Afghanistan, and various U.S. cities such as Richmond, Virginia, and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In 1987, the family settled in Friendswood, Texas. Dr. Dayal then began his undergraduate studies at The University of Texas at Austin, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology in 1991. He continued his medical education at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston, the Texas Medical Center. After completing his medical degree, he remained at UTHealth Houston for a four-year residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, training at hospitals like MD Anderson Cancer Center, Memorial Hermann, and Lyndon B. Johnson Community Hospital.

For over two decades, Dr. Dayal has served the Austin and Round Rock communities with the same passion and commitment that first led him to medicine, offering compassionate care rooted in his extensive training.

In his free time, Dr. Dayal enjoys listening to music of all genres, participating in and watching sports, exploring new foods, and traveling with family and friends.
